03

Accessibility

If you need step-free access, seating assistance or another practical adjustment, include it in your enquiry. Advance notice helps us prepare the most suitable route and table location.

Groups & occasions

Give a group enough structure without over-scheduling it.

For larger dinners, celebrations and hosted evenings, we can help you think through arrival windows, dining times and natural meeting points within the venue.

Send the approximate group size, preferred date and any timing constraints. We will explain what can be accommodated and where advance arrangements are useful.

Make the enquiry useful

A few specific details help us give you a clearer answer.

You do not need to plan every minute before contacting us. The most useful enquiries explain the fixed points of the evening and leave the flexible parts open. This lets the team respond with practical information rather than generic suggestions.

01

Give us the essentials.

Include your preferred date, approximate arrival time and party size. If your timing is flexible, say so. A realistic window can be more useful than a single exact time, particularly for larger groups coordinating arrivals from different parts of Auckland.

02

Explain the shape of the evening.

Tell us whether you are planning dinner only, dinner followed by casino entertainment, or a group occasion with several stages. If the party expects to split between activities, mention that too so the guidance can reflect how people are likely to move through the venue.

03

Add practical requirements early.

Share dietary information, mobility or seating requirements and any timing constraint that genuinely matters to the group. Advance notice gives the team more opportunity to suggest an appropriate table, arrival route or reservation structure.

For first-time visitors

Plan the fixed points, then leave room for the evening to develop.

Use the restaurant reservation as your anchor. Allow enough time to arrive, find the group and settle before the booked time. If casino access is part of the plan, guests aged 20+ should bring suitable identification and remember that restricted-area entry is subject to venue requirements.

If people are arriving separately, agree on a simple meeting place rather than relying on everyone finding the same table immediately. For larger parties, nominate one person to hold the reservation details and communicate changes to the group.

After you send the form

Keep your request focused so the response can be practical.

The enquiry form records the information you provide and presents a confirmation message on the page. Use it to structure the details of your intended visit: who is coming, when you would like to arrive and what parts of the venue are relevant to the group.

If plans change, submit a new enquiry with the updated date, party size or timing. Avoid placing sensitive financial information or identification numbers in the message field; those details are not needed to answer a reservation or venue-planning question.
